The materials that make up our jewelry

The bolas are coated with resin for the most part. Some are simply covered with a gold or silver plating.

The jewelry and bolas are made of brass, plated with 10 microns of silver or 3 microns of gold.

All pieces are guaranteed to be nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free, in accordance with current European standards.

Care instructions

As with all costume jewelry, it is advised not to wash or bathe with them on and to avoid contact with perfume, creams, and cleaning products.

Our jewelry is covered with a thick layer of silver plating, but the care instructions are exactly the same as for silver jewelry.

Over time, due to environmental pollution and handling, silver tarnishes. But it cleans very easily.

The gold may sometimes turn black: this depends on the natural acidity of your skin, the perfumes and other cosmetics you use, the surrounding humidity levels, and contact with other fashion jewelry containing components that can weaken the gold plating.

Clean them regularly with a soft cloth to maintain their shine and to prevent tarnishing.

We recommend the products of the brand Town Talk Polish LTD available on our website. In a few seconds, your silver, silver-plated, and gold-plated jewelry will regain their original luster.

Good to know: Jewelry that is not worn tarnishes more quickly. Rubbing against skin and clothing naturally cleans them. A piece of jewelry that has been stored for a long time without being worn will tarnish more but can be easily cleaned.

Costume jewelry requires more care than gold or silver pieces. So, pamper them!

Storing your jewelry

When you remove them, hang them up or store them separately from each other to prevent tangling.

The ideal is to place them back in their original box, away from light and moisture, with no contact with other jewelry: this way, they will be protected from oxidation.

By following these tips, you'll keep your treasured pieces looking like new for a very long time!
